The U.S.-Korea Business Council and Korea-U.S. Business Council maintain a joint working group on labor policy in Korea. Through the working group, members monitor and discuss developments in Korean policies and regulations related to the labor market and management-worker relations. They also develop common positions regarding labor policy in Korea within the context of Korea’s business environment and global competitiveness, for submission to the Korean government.
